sixteenth prophecy

Hellow people,


So i have started construction on the next table for the WTC Warmachine. My next table is going to be a construction site of a cathedral dedicated to Menoth.

The idea is that you fight your battle between the unfinished cathedral, At your flanks you would have the unfinised towers, with crane's and some gauntrie's (no idea if its a real word but google translate told me to use it). At the other side you would have the altar with the choir (don't know if they use this word for it in English once again blame google translate) and in the middel section where you would be playing you would have some unfinished walls and pillars, some gauntrie's and building matirials.

here are some sketches i made to give me some direction at how i wanted to get it build.

Now to get the cathedral itself build i needed a quick way of making lots of stones. insulation foam was an option but it would take a long time to cut and i find it hard to work very precise with it. I had worked with hirst art moulds in the past but knew that if i was going to make this building out of it it was going to take ages. so i took some cheap fake lego's i got from my grandfather about 15 year ago and used a hobby hand drill to rought them up. then i made some mold's out of them and started casting.

and here is what i casted this weekend. 

construction is wel on its way, in hind sight i don't think i saved much time, it still takes a lot of time to cast all of the peaces. the end result isn't 100% what i hoped it would be but it will have to do. i started construction on the first tower and man is going to be heavy!

fifteenth prophecy

Hellow everybody,

so i have been working hard on getting all the stuff together for my Menite cathedral, and to be honest i was a bit  burned out this weekend from all the casting and building. so i dissided to do some painting in staid.

 So i started this friday with painting the last models for my tier 4 magnus list.

Then saturday i finished some models i have been painting for a while now. I finished my first raging wolves counts as uhlan cavalry dude. I also finished Drake MacBain, who i am painting u a new army for. This will be my pirate teamed army. I think MacBain should be fun with them sins he can protect the key solo's very well with his feat. 

 Then sunday i went into a painting frenzy and painted this little guy, the base is not done yet but im really proud of the model it self and could not wait to share it with you guys.

I also painted The Herald of Vulcanis and the Succubus Vandella for super dungeon explore. I got these figures for my birthday and just couldn't resist painting them.

fourteenth prophecy

Hellow all, 

Last weekend we had the first death line for the first table's for the wtc. So the last weeks have been very busy trying to get it finished.

And to celebrate that the first couple of tables where finished we had some games and some pie.

one of the scatter terrains, a normal hill is just really boring.

thirteenth prophecy

Greatings all, i would like to share my latest painted models with you.

First of all i have painted Margo the kitchen barones. She will be used in our Iron kingdoms campain as a military officer/fell caller. She is a real bossy loud party member who knows how to punch people.

then i also painted a full unit of press gangers! with some scorpion miniature in it. I just love the elf and the dwarf.

and lastly i finished some more infinity models.

twelfth prophecy

I have been working hard on the WTC bord, still a lot of work but things are starting to come together.  I am really happy with the atmosfere of the board. you really feel like you are playing in an open spot of a giant forrest. Or at least it feels so in my mind.

I also made a mold for my big waystones. My first mold ever but i think it came out pretty good. i am casting the extra waystones once i have all 4 i can start painthing these.

Eleventh prophecy

It took me a long time to paint this baby and I still need to do the base.

I'm not really happy with the battle damage, but it will have to do.

I finised the second half of the tree village.

also working hard on the main table and on my galleon. more pics soon i hope.

Ninth Prophecy

Hellow all,

I'm still working hard to get my table's finished for the WTC but i did manage to paint a couple mini's in the meantime.

We are having a small infinity league at our club soon and i have started painting my troops for this

Also couldn't resist painting alexia, a great model that i just love.
